Doris Buffett, the founder of the Sunshine Lady Foundation and a philanthropist with strong Maine ties spoke at Colby College's "Reshaping for Social Change," the Colby College/Maine Association of Nonprofits Nonprofit Leadership Institute on March 31, 2010 in the Schair-Swenson-Watson Alumni Center. Ms. Buffett, described by her brother Warren as a "retail" philanthropist, has given away over $100 million as part of her foundation's work.
