Future Prospects: Panel Discussion

USM's Muskie School and Osher Lifelong Learning Institute hosted a fall lecture series entitled: Politics Then and Now, in Maine and the Nation. The series ended with a panel discussion featuring Cynthia Dill, Ken Fredette, and Amy Fried.

Cynthia Dill served on the Cape Elizabeth Town Council before election to both the Maine House of Representatives and Maine Senate. Rep. Ken Fredette is the Republican leader in the House of Representatives and a resident of Newport. Amy Fried is professor of political science at the University of Maine, where she has taught since 1997. The discussion was about the future of campaigning and the challenges of the system.

This talk was recorded November 7, 2013 at the Wishcamper Center, Lee Community Hall at USM in Portland
