All this week Speaking in Maine features highlights of the 2016 Camden Conference. The Camden Conference was founded in 1987 as a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization whose mission is to foster informed discourse on world issues. The focus of the conference this year was “The New Africa.”
Today’s speaker is Mr. Kingsley Moghalu, professor of practice in international business and public policy and senior fellow in the Council on Emerging Market Enterprises at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
