All this week Speaking in Maine features highlights of the 2016 Camden Conference. The Camden Conference was founded in 1987 as a nonprofit, nonpartisan educational organization whose mission is to foster informed discourse on world issues. The focus of the conference this year was “The New Africa.”
Today we hear from the keynote speaker of the conference, Ofeibea Quist-Arcton, West Africa correspondent for National Public Radio News, based in Dakar, Senegal.
