RUMFORD, Maine - 20 people have been displaced after a 10-unit apartment building in Rumford caught fire Saturday afternoon.
The three-storey building located on Cumberland Street was declared a total loss.
No humans were injured, but some occupants reported losing pets in the blaze.
Fire officials in Oxford County continue to investigate the cause of the conflagration. The Red Cross is assisting the families left homeless.
