Say ‘yoga’ to some people and they may think of ‘downward dog’ or ‘cobra’ or any number of yoga poses.  To others not so familiar with the Hindu philosophy that encompasses both physical and mental disciplines, yoga may seem like the latest exercise fad.  Today we’ll learn more about yoga – just what it is, how best to do it, and whether or not it may be for you.
